Why 'delivered' is not enough
An email receipt tells you a message arrived. It says nothing about whether your proposal was read, or which part caught attention.
Send a link, not an attachment
A tracked link records each visit, the pages viewed and the time spent on each one, without asking the reader to install anything.
Read the signals
Return visits and long time on pricing or terms usually mean a decision is close. Use them to time your follow-up.
Don't over-read one visit
People skim on their phones and come back later. Look for patterns across visits rather than a single short session.
Use it to help, not to pressure
Where appropriate, tell recipients the link is tracked, and use what you learn to answer the questions they are likely to have.
