Mayeer uses the service providers below to run the Services. Each processes personal data only to provide its service to Mayeer, under written terms that protect it. We update this page at least fourteen days before a new provider processes customer data.
Current sub-processors
- Cloud infrastructure provider: application hosting, database and file storage, encrypted backups, content delivery and network protection. Location: European Union and Middle East.
- Email delivery: sending signing links, one-time codes and notifications. Location: global network.
- Payment provider: card payments for paid plans. Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Document conversion and AI features, when a workspace administrator turns them on: processing only the documents involved. Location: as stated in the product when the feature is switched on.
